Endive, Tomato and Feta Salad
PREPARATION
Finely chop the red onion. Cut the base of the endives and cut them into strips. Cut the tomatoes and feta into cubes. Cut the olives in half.
Pour all the ingredients into a salad bowl. Add the chopped basil, oil and vinegar. Salt, pepper and mix.
