Endive Pie with Basil and Pine Nuts
Preheat the oven to 200°C (th.6/7). Chop the endives, peel and chop the garlic cloves. Put them in a skillet with olive oil, salt and pepper and sweat over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Chop the basil, then add it to the skillet and mix. Garnish a pie pan with the puff pastry and pour the mixture into it. Sprinkle with black olives and pine nuts. Bake for 25 minutes.
