Endive cheese tartines
Peel the endives and spread their leaves, overlapping them, over the 8 slices of bread.
Partially crush the camembert, then cut it into thin slices. Arrange them on the tartines. Sprinkle with cumin.
If you like, spend 2 minutes under the oven grill to slightly melt the camembert.
