Chickpea and Endive Salad
PREPARATION
Cut the endives. Drain the chickpeas. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rounds, detach the rings with your fingers. Mix all these ingredients in a salad bowl with the yellow cherry tomatoes.
In a bowl, combine the wine vinegar, salt, pepper and olive oil. Drizzle the salad with this seasoning.
