Homemade Endive and Seafood Pizza
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 210°C (th.7). Peel the leaves from the endives and sauté them whole, in a skillet, with the olive oil, 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet, garnish with seared endive leaves, then top with tomato slices and mozzarella slices. Spread the shrimp and mussels, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
