Endive and Orange Salad with Green Pistachios
PREPARATION
Cut an orange into thin slices.
Sprinkle very lightly with the sweet pepper.
Marinate for 1 to 2 hours.

Add orange slices, dates and pistachios.br>
Press 2 oranges and 1 lemon.
Add olive oil, salt and pepper.
Emulsify and pour over salad.
