Carmine sandwich, smoked ham, pears
PREPARATION
Cut into thin slices of carmine.
In a bowl, combine the fresh cheese and mustard.
Cut the ham into strips.
Peel the pears, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices.
Lightly toast the bread slices.
Spread them with the fresh mustard cheese.
Spread the carmine over half of the slices.
Cover with pears and ham.
Close with the rest of the bread slices.
